Q: Where are your deodorants made?
A: Our products are made in England.

Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Never.

Q: Why do you only use natural ingredients?
A: Because the human body absorbs up to 80% of products applied to the skin. By only using natural, non-toxic ingredients we can be sure that you will not be absorbing any toxins from our product.


Q: How do they work?
A: Our deodorants are totally natural, amazingly effective and will ensure you stay smelling fresh all day. They contain ingredients that will inhibit bacteria, prevent odour and nourish the delicate underarm skin.

Q: What’s the difference between your deodorants and a traditional deodorant?
A: The most obvious difference has to be the formula & packaging. Our deodorants come in glass jars which gives you control over how much you use each day. The light, creamy consistencies melt into the skin instantly, giving you total peace of mind.

Q: How do I apply your deodorants?
A: After showering apply a small amount under each arm using a light sweeping motion.

Q: Is it safe to use whilst pregnant?
A: Firstly, “Congratulations!” and yes, our formulation and the the essential oils used are safe for use in the second and third trimester of pregnancy.

If in doubt, check with your doctor first.

Q: How do I store them?
A: Store them in the pot they come in, at room temperature, with the lid sealed between uses to keep it clean. If the weather is hot, try to find somewhere out of direct sunlight to keep your deodorant at its best.

Q: What should I do if it melts?
A: If your balm melts, take the thin end of a spoon and gently stir the mixture and place back in a cool place until it gets back to the desired consistency.

Likewise if you live in a cold climate and your balm hardens with the low temperatures, just pop the bottom of the pot in a warm sink of water.

Q: Do they go off?
A: They have a long shelf life.

With daily use the pot should last for over a month so you’ll never come anywhere close to the use-by date. Once opened, please use the product within 12 months.

Q: My skin is sensitive, can I use your deodorants? 
A: We recommend everyone orders a sample if they have never used our deodorants before. We also suggest a patch test if you are concerned about sensitive skin.

Q: Can I apply the deodorant after shaving?
A: You certainly can, however you know your body better than us. If you tend to have sore underarms following shaving, it might be wise to leave for a few hours and then apply.

Q: I have a nut allergy, can I use your balm?
A: As one of the ingredients in our balm is coconut oil we would have to recommend speaking to your Doctor before using.

Interestingly, the coconut is a member of the palm family and is only a distant relative to the tree nut. The botanical distance between coconuts and tree nuts would suggest that people with tree nut allergies could in fact tolerate coconut.

Q: I’m looking for an antiperspirant, is this for me?
A: Our deodorants do exactly what they say they do: They deodorise. This means it prevents odour (and it really works). Antiperspirants prevent sweating by blocking the pores using aluminium. Without sweat, the bacteria cannot metabolise proteins and fatty acids that cause body odour. We believe aluminium causes a whole host of trouble once inside the body, so we would never use it.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping varies depending on where you are based, and the weight of your order. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to arrive?
All orders placed before 5pm on the day you order will be sent the following day. Royal Mail First Class usually arrives within 2-3 working days. International shipping will vary.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Worldwide!

Q: What method of payment can I use?
A: Visa. Mastercard. Paypal. American Express.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?
We post our items using Royal Mail 1st Class, so there’s no tracking information. We will send you an email when your deodorant has been shipped.

Q: Can I return my deodorant?
A: Unless you suspect that you have a faulty product, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns for any item that has been opened or used. If you haven’t ordered from us before we highly recommend you order a sample to make sure you love our deodorants (you probably will!) If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 7 days by emailing us here. If you purchased our products through one of our stockists, please contact them directly with any questions surrounding your order.
